What we collect and why

Information you send us. If you email or call us, we hold your name, contact details and correspondence so we can respond and manage any engagement. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or performance of a contract where we work together.

Bookings. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which processes the details you enter (such as your name and email) under its own privacy policy.

The AI Readiness Scorecard. Your answers and score are calculated in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

Website analytics. If analytics measurement is enabled, we record anonymous usage events (such as button clicks and scorecard completion bands) to improve the site. We do not use this to identify you.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as email, scheduling and CRM providers) and where required by law. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict our processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. To exercise any right, contact info@sygneus.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
